About the MonteLago

The MonteLago has several unique attributes that make it the perfect location for our event. The non-gaming hotel tower we've blocked for our out-of-town attendees is a peaceful respite from the glitz of a hotel-casino.

The hotel itself has beautiful studios with kitchenette, and reasonably priced suites. Each room has free high speed (wired) Internet for all guests. Our tower has a 24 hour pool, hot tub and fitness center along with secure private parking. Our rooms overlook Lake Las Vegas, and the tower is just minutes from other forms of recreation.

Casino Montelago is everything the downtown/Strip casinos are not. It's upscale and not nearly as smoky, loud or crowded as its downtown counterparts. It is however fully suited to all gaming needs, with table games, slots, video poker and sports book that doubles as a very nice sports bar.

For golfers, Lake Las Vegas Resort features two award-winning championship golf courses, Reflection Bay Golf Club, a Signature Jack Nicklaus course and the Tom Weiskopf-designed Falls Golf Club.

How to Reserve a Room for Joomla! Day

Room rates are as follows.  We recommend the Luna tower as it is set away from the casino and rather quiet and the furniture is a little more modern.  To be in the casino's tower and in the same complex as the sports bar and restaurant, choose Viera.  Mention "Joomla!" when booking your room to guarantee this rate.  The rates are approximately 40% savings off peak rates.  Call 866-383-1592 to make your reservation!
